JF Maxwell Company, Inc. is currently hiring for the Lead Installer and helper position. We are adding additional crews to our workforce this year, and this is your opportunity to join a winning team!
We are ramping things up for another successful year ahead!
Trainees earn 50-75k annually
Lead installers role at the company:
-Excellent customer service.
-Installation of Residential/Light Commercial HVAC equipment
-Installation/Fabrication of Fiberglass duct work. Duct board and Flex.
-Providing a 5 star installation experience.
-Working with a dynamic team to accomplish company goals.

-Identify underlying issues with HVAC systems by commissioning systems properly.
-Bonus pay on top of hourly wage.
Experience needed:
Installation experience of HVAC split systems
Proficient in duct sizing,design,fabrication.
High and low voltage wiring configurations.
Able to work with little or no supervision.
Must possess the drive to climb to the top!
