As a mobile detailing assistant, you will be teamed with a seasoned detailer who will train, guide, and put you in the best position to be successful and earn great tips! This position is a great jumping-off point to learn the industry. We provide flexible scheduling opportunities (work when you want according to your availability). Job Specific Tasks: * Haul mobile detailing trailer to job-site with your team leader * Load and unload supplies, equipment, setup job-site * Vacuum and shampoo floor, mats, and seats; becoming an expert at interior detailing along the way * Clean door jambs, exterior body and perform pressure washing using our top-of-the-line equipment. * Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by team leader, teaching you the industries’ tricks-of-the-trade You Have: * Your own truck with a valid driver’s license (must be 18 years or older to apply) and the ability to tow a 6x12 3500 lb. trailer (there will be a driving test). We can provide a hitch if needed. Previous tow experience required - no exceptions. * Hard working with a superb work-ethic * Handy with tools, able to move heavy equipment around * A passion for working outdoors * Enjoy driving around beautiful Colorado Springs * Self-motivated, attention to detail, a team player. Hold yourself to the highest standards on timeliness, communication and professionalism * Ability to be positive, accommodating and trusted with coworkers and customers alike What We Offer: * Base pay of $15/HR + TIPS + 75 cents a mile towards fuel costs. * We GUARANTEE a minimum of $20/hr+ or we will pay the difference! - check the screenshots of actual earnings!
