Older female dog spotted

I was driving to the gas station on Camino De Oesta and Bald Eagle and saw a medium sized older female possibly Shepard mix. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a picture but I stopped and tried to get her but she ran behind the daycare. I hope someone gets her so she doesn’t get hurt, she looked like someone’s little old lady. I believe she was wearing a pink and brown collar with a little gold heart charm on it, and I don’t think she had a name tag
