Double house. Someone drilled a hole in floor and dropped from first floor an attempted new line and to do that separated the line in basement to add it. Want it put back properly and the line they attempted disconnected. I took many pictures from all angles so you can supply a quote.Ignore green wire it has nothing to do with it. It looks like when they did it they joined two down stairs circuits that need to be separated. Or if you just want to run new 14 wire. Please quote with your experience. Thanks
