We are seeking in individual skilled in many areas, or with prior experience in property/real estate maintenance. This is a full-time position and is not seasonal! We are looking for someone who wants to make our company "home." Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with on call weekends and holidays. Our company offers PTO, paid vacation after 1 year, and health insurance. We provide all equipment and materials and company vehicle for use when on property. What you can expect to do in this role: * Perform maintenance repairs throughout the property including the community office, maintenance shop, wastewater treatment plant, pool area, common areas, residents lots and rental units. * Maintain the grounds * Utilize skills in the following areas: carpentry, plumbing (residential and commercial), drywall, painting, electrical, flooring, small engine repair, grounds maintenance, light pothole repair, appliances, etc. * Complete inspections of rental units as well as water meter readings every three (3) months * Required "on call" on-property What you can bring to the role: * General repair, construction, small engine and equipment operation knowledge * A strong work ethic, with commitment to detail and efficiency * Friendly and pleasant demeanor when dealing with residents * Strong commitment to safety and following company policy What is required: High school diploma or equivalent.
