We are looking for an Installation Team Member to provide an "Ideal Garage Solution" for our floor coating and cabinetry/storage portfolio. We work throughout Cincinnati & NKY so your personal residence is flexible. All work is installed and there is upward mobility and leadership potential for the correct candidate once established. Candidates with a carpentry background, military and/or floor installation experience will stand out. You will be installing floor coatings, cabinetry and to a less degree painting in the Tri-State area with the majority of installations in the Cincinnati area. A positive attitude and strong teamwork will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will work on a 2 person crew with larger jobs requiring multiple crews for completion. Responsibilities Meet the Team Leader(s) at the jobsite on time and ready to work, requiring you to have a personal vehicle and the ability to travel within the Tri-State area. Tow capable pickup truck is ideal but not required. Ensure the project is completed per the work order in coordination with the Crew Leader. Engage customers upon arrival and as needed/requested during the installation. Practice a "Safety First" mentality so that all team members and customers return home safely. Skills Proven work experience within flooring installation or carpentry is a plus but not required. Drivers license. Basic math skills. Track record of high attendance and a desire to learn and grow. Professional communication skills for limited engagement with customers during the installations. Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
