We are hiring for multiple positions including a *Territory Sales Manager, *Pavement Marking Crew, and *Striping Crew Helper. Pay varies based on experience. *Striping Crew Helper* • Stencil fire lane • Roll handicap logos • Blow and broom dirty area • Help painter with chalk line and layout • Set up paint for refills on paint machine • Learn from crew lead *Laborer-Pavement Marking Crew* • 5% of overnight traveling • Valid Driver’s License • US Work Authorization • Able to pass urine drug analysis • Must have experience striping • Must be able to operate a machine such as a graco 3900 and be capable of all pavement markings • Striping: 1 year (Required) Benefits • Pay: From $15.00 per hour • Bonus pay Responsibilities • You are responsible for understanding and performing all duties related to the pavement marking process and creating Wheel Stops • Including but not limited to driving, working with a paint machine, striping machine, hand tools (grinders, drills, etc), bead blaster, and a core machine • Properly load and unload materials from trucks and trailers by hand and forklift • Effectively operate all tools and equipment safely • Pour concrete for wheel stops to customer request • Layout jobsites per drawings specification • Prep for sign installation and install signage • All other duties as assigned • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 - 100 pounds • Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions; moving equipment and machinery parts; moving traffic, and fumes and airborne particles *Territory Sales Manager* Clean Stripe is looking for a new Territory Manager to add to our growing team. Specific Job Requirements Work Performance • Respond to leads in a timely manner • Secure successful cold call sales • Keep sales car maintained and clean • Maintain all assigned equipment (phones, etc.) • Generate commercial sales revenue, striving to exceed monthly quota • Follow-up on all completed work weekly/monthly • Obtain new leads from satisfied customers • Be able to bid out parking lots and read blueprints Customer Service ∙ Develop relationships with Home Builders, Construction Companies, Franchise Chains. • Aid customer care rep as needed in resolving customer problems Safety • Know, follow, and implement the Company’s Safety and Health Program • Know, follow, and implement the Company’s Fall Protection Program • Know, follow, and implement the Company’s Paint Protocol Program • Know, follow, and implement the Company’s Hazardous Material Program • Know, follow, and implement the Company’s Drug-free Workplace Policy
