Full Time Maintenance/Janitorial Self Storage

We are now hiring for a full time maintenance/janitorial person at our storage facility in Mission Viejo. The job will start at 40 hours per week, but can be 32 if requested. The shifts will be primarily during the week, but some weekend shifts are possible. The starting pay will be $16/hour, with the chance for bonuses down the road. The duties will include sweeping, mopping, painting, light maintenance, etc. Ideally, we would like someone who can cross train on the office in order to cover shifts when necessary. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers and someone who can work with little supervision. No self storage experience is necessary. Basic knowledge of tools is a must.
