Landscape Maintenance Labor/Tech – Private Estate – Lemon Heights/Tustin Hills $18-$24/hr, 40 hours per week. 7am – 3:30pm, M to F. 3 Acre property utilizes 3 landscape personnel including a working Supervisor. Use employer’s equipment: mower, hedge trimmer with extension. Repair irrigation lines, heads, valves or learn. Prepare soil for in ground and pot planting. No smoking onsite. A CA driver’s license with standard rated insurance. Medical-Vision-Dental health plans are available but not required; the employee pays 21% of the premium (about $157 per month) and the employer pays about $590 per month; 401K is available. After 60 days on the job, each year there are: 6 paid holidays; 3 – 7 paid sick days depending upon years employed; 5 paid vacation days are earned during year 1 of employment. After 1 year employment there are 10 paid vacation days per year. Employer provides, shirts, and winter jacket after 3 months on the job. Payroll is each 2 weeks with no cost option of direct deposit to your bank account with appropriate state/federal deductions. No smoking on site.
