have water coming in sode of building. need to see why

I have water coming in to the right hand side of a building. It appears due to a retaining wall between Whataburger and Family Dollar. I'm looking to see if someone has experience and can go by and take 10 or 15 photograph to diagnose why that when it rains water comes in that side of the building between the Family Dollar and the retaining wall. I need it done this morning or at least today
