Experienced Equipment Operators needed for well-established railroad construction and maintenance contractor. Must have experience operating Wheel Loaders and Backhoes or similar machines. Must be willing and able to assist Laborers when not operating equipment. Welding skills a plus. Medical, long-term disability and life insurance benefits. Company-matching 401k retirement plan. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 60lbs. and work in a physically-demanding outdoor environment in all weather conditions. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests. Employees are subject to periodic random drug and alcohol testing. Must clear a background check and qualify for TWIC card. We work all over Southern California. Some overtime, compensated travel and overnights required.
