Hello, This is, basically, a small gig, consisting of about half a dozen tasks, ones that I would consider pretty light, as they don't take too much time to complete, nor is the work hard or strenuous (I'd be able to do these myself but I'm presently dealing with the repercussions of a serious motorcycle accident). One of the tasks however, is a bit more involved: The replacing of a faucet washer, though, not a strenuous task, it'll take more time to complete than the other not-too-involved tasks. Consequently, I'd be willing to designate that task as one job in the event that someone would want to perform all tasks Except for the one involving replacing a faucet washer (the person may not be familiar with, or not like, that type of work). I would prefer to find and hire someone who would be able and willing to do all the tasks, but it's not essential that I do. Also, the job of replacing faucet washer would include being paid for the time it takes to swing by another location in order pick up the washer. And the job involving the not-too-involved tasks would be: installing three smoke detectors (this will require a small foot ladder which I happen not to have), replacing 5 electrical outlet covers with new ones, and several other similar (in lenght of time to complete) tasks. Each of these two separate jobs would probably take anywhere from an hour and a half to two and a half hours, depending on the individual''s level of efficiency while performing the tasks. If someone is able to do all the tasks mentioned above, that person would have put in approximately 4 hours, give or take. The pay would be $25 an hour.
