My best friend is dying and no one will help me!!!!

My 3 year old best friend Milo the cat is in very bad health. Milo has Stomatitis and is allergic to his own teeth. stomatitis is an inappropriate immune response to the bacteria that lives on a cat’s teeth, we must remove the structures the bacteria attach to, the teeth, before the signs can resolve. Milo is in so much pain and needs his teeth removed. we even sent Milo to mexico for lower vet costs, and they sent him back. They didn't know he was hospitalized at the humane society for 2 weeks prior, pumped full of antibiotics and steroids' to get him through an inflammation period. They did pull his teeth and he is dying.. We need help. Please help us
