Full-Time Maintenance Tech The Holiday Inn Express of Woodbridge is seeking candidates for the position of Maintenance to join our award-winning team. How to Succeed: Take pride in keeping our building and public areas (meeting rooms, hotel common areas, etc.) immaculately clean at all times Check that all equipment is in full working order and report any defects Assist housekeeping team when requested Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance Follow instructions carefully – willing to be a team player Communicate clearly and openly with your team members Be willing to accept constructive feedback and use it as a tool for growth Always strive for exceptional guest service and satisfaction *Some on-the-job training is available, but a background in property maintenance and repairs is required* *Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays* The scope of the work includes, but is not limited to: equipment maintenance and repair, meeting rooms, maintenance and repair of the building structure, preventative maintenance of our guest rooms, public space and parking lot; climbing; bending; lifting up to 75 lbs; pushing and / or pulling up to 75 lbs; and carrying up to 50 lbs.
