Responsibilities: Demolition Rough framing Basic drywall work Interior & exterior painting Roofing & siding Window & door installation Flooring Trim, Cabinets, and Finish Carpentry Apartment turnovers Skills Required: Great attitude and passion for construction Proven experience as a construction worker Experience in safety operating standard hand tools and construction tools such as miter saws, table saw and pneumatic tools Knowledge of basic construction principles and methods Able to work on a team Able to read instructions and blueprints when needed Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination Must have valid Driver’s License Extras: Tile and Stone Installation Concrete HVAC & Plumbing Class A CDL License Benefits: We invest in the right tools and equipment and provide excellent support.
