New to Pure Barre?
Pure Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity full body workout that is designed to lift, tone and tighten ALL of the major muscle groups of the body. We isolate each muscle to the point of fatigue and couple each each wokrring section of class with stretch in order to build longer leaner muscles.
What to Wear?
We reccommend wearing leggings, capris, or yoga pants to keep your muslces warm as well as a comfortable athletic tank or tee. If you have grip socks wear those!
What to Bring?
A yoga mat, water bottle and optional set of hand weights if you'd like. All other equipment will be provided.
