Full Time Carpenter/ Tradesman Needed!

Growing real estate and construction company located in Harrisburg NC, servicing mainly single family properties w/in 45- 60 minutes of uptown Charlotte in need of a full time lead carpenter. We are a close, family oriented company of 8, full/part time employees who believe in a favorable work life balance and providing honesty, integrity and quality in all that we do. I'm not looking to micromanage someone, so I need a full time carpenter who can self perform, take control of a jobsite, and provide good communication from the field. Position includes 40 hrs a week, bonus structure, gas cards for vehicle use to and from building supply stores, paid holidays and an employer who understands we work to live, not live to work. Good communication, a smart phone and ability to take good quality photos and communicate well via text/phone and email. Ability to maintain professionalism at all times. Drivers License, dependable vehicle, checking account, maintain drug/alcohol free jobsites required. This is a position is for a lead carpenter, pay $25-$30 an hour depending on experience. I expect that you have your own hand tools. I provide a jobsite trailer with power tools but I expect you to have your own preference and tools as a tradesman. I expect quality work performed in good standards. I do not expect you to be an expert in any field but the ability to train someone/ demonstrate how to perform many, if not all of the following: - interior framing - sheetrock - finish carpentry (casements, base, shoe, crown, windows, etc.) - window/door install - minor electrical/plumbing - siding/roofing - flooring (vinyl plank, hardwood repair/refinish) - painting - fixture installs Ceramic work, cabinet work, strong hvac/electrical/plumbing/roofing/ceramic a plus but not 100% necessary. Ill adjust this position to fit the right candidate. Looking to hire someone for the long haul. Need dependability and willingness to grow along with this position.
