DJ based in Western Nassau looking for an assistant for setup and breakdown as well as general assistance during events. Must be able to carry DJ equipment up and down stairs/between event spaces and parking lots, etc. unassisted. This is NOT a regularly scheduled position but will require weekend availability between now and September. This is a great way for a college student or anyone with weekends off to make extra cash.
Please have your own car. MUST be local to Western Nassau county. Reliability and friendly personality is a must (you will have some interaction with party guests including kids).
Pays $18/hour plus shift meal. Typical event is 5-6 hours from arrival to breakdown.
DJ/entertainment experience is not required. Background check is required.
