A Beautiful and hardworking women with references and experience is Needing some extra work. I have an open Schedule including weekend and evenings. I can do almost Anything myself. Painting-Flooring Removal-residential and commercial Cleaning- Event set up take down And clean up- Move in and Out, Cleaning and junk removal- remodel prep includes but not limited to furniture covering and moving, tape for painters, cabinet removal, carpet and tack strip removal, hard wood ext. Removal, electrical outlet cover removal and replacement, light pre and after clean, basic cleaning such as tidy up,dishes and laundry dusting and sanitizing, deep cleaning hard to reach places, such as under appliances & behind the fridge. Inside and under the couch. Behind toilets, washer & dryer, appliance polishing & cleaning. Laundry, dishes, and tidy up Lawn care services :mowing, racking leaves, Weed pulling, shrub removals, bush and tree trimming, garden tilling, fence removals, flower planting and watering. One time/Weekly/bi weekly/monthly 22.50 per hour plus base rate (minimum 2 hour) Base Rates: basic clean $40 commercial clean$45 deep clean$75 move in/out$50 event set up/take down $60 Junk Removal $50 Lawn Care$25 Remodel$30 Example: Basic Clean would include basic 🧹 cleaning $40 plus 💰 22.50 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours =85.00 total cost All supplies to clean and tools needed to complete job will be brought with me. Any Additional supplies needed such as electrical light switch plates or specific cleaners will be billed.
