We are seeking a FULL TIME Maintenance Technician for property turnovers Job duties include but not limited to: -Assisting Maintenance supervisor in all duties -Handyman work -Complete service requests for residents -Install Appliances, fixtures, and others -Paint and turnover units -Landscaping -cleaning of community -construction work We are looking for someone ready to work, able to go above and beyond for the community, and a team player.
