Registrants will stop by the vineyard between 2-2:30 p.m to pick up their prepackaged meals. Register here! Thai Pork Tacos: Pork is slow cooked with ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. Corn tortillas are topped with pork and a honey sriracha sauce. (Slow cooker)Grilled Maple Bacon Chicken Sandwiches: Chicken and bacon are grilled to perfection then piled on rolls with Swiss cheese and a delicious Dijon sauce. Comes with rolls and veggies. (Grill/Stovetop/Oven)Pork Chops with Blueberry Bourbon BBQ Sauce: The most amazing BBQ sauce ever! Comes with veggies. (Grilled and stovetop)Balsamic Maple Steak: Flank steak is marinated in a sweet and tangy marinade then grilled. Comes with veggies. (Grill/Stovetop/Oven)Chicken Flautas: A crowd favorite Mexican(ish) meal! Cheesy, seasoned chicken wrapped in flour tortillas and baked or fried.
