Download coloring sheets and entry forms! Entry forms must be completed. Age groups are broken down as follows: Ages 4 and under Ages 5-7 Ages 8-10 Entries are due Dec. 17, 2020. They can be dropped off at the Waukee Public Works Building in the dropbox by the front door, mailed to the Parks & Rec office (address shown below) or scanned and emailed to staff.
