Anaina Hou Community Park is seeking an individual to aid in our events programming as we come back online! Our exciting events programming ranges from community driven Keiki focused movie nights to live concerts welcoming artists of all kinds. We are seeking a hard working individual interested in getting involved with the events industry. Tasks include but are not limited to: Event Set up and Tear Down of a variety of different events Janitorial Prep of Event Spaces and Facilities Occasional On Site Event Support as needed Grass Roots Marketing efforts in neighboring communities The ideal candidate will have: Experience in Events work (preferred but not required) A flexible Schedule to meet the changing needs of our varied events programming Willing to take on a variety of needs as they pertain to different events Experience interacting with the public Experience operating a floor buffer and other large event space janitorial tools This is a full time (40 Hr/ Week) job. Job roles are split between regularly scheduled event programming prep and special events. Event prep will occupy roughly 25 - 30 Hours a week. Hours will round out to 40 with Janitorial work.
