Press release from the City of Waukee: December 14, 2020 As the holidays bring an influx of trash and materials to be recycled, ASI is offering a few tips to ensure items are picked up and that recycling costs remain low. i. Make sure plastic and Styrofoam packing materials are removed from cardboard boxes before putting them in the recycling bin. ii. Shiny wrapping paper, gift bags and tissue paper go in the trash. iii.
