This free LGBTQ+ workplace inclusivity training & networking event will bring together Kitsap County's LGBTQ+ and allied business community. A vibrant economy is strengthened through the full participation of diverse local communities. GSBA is proud to partner with a variety of Kitsap County business organizations on this event at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art, to bring together the business community to discuss the needs of local small businesses, tourism, and the LGBTQ+ community. If you're unable to attend both opportunities, please register for one or the other. Workplace LGBTQ+ Inclusivity Training (3:30-4:45 PM) Every business and organization runs a little differently with unique specialties, strengths, and weaknesses. This training will help Kitsap organizations thrive as LGBTQ+ inclusive brands and environments. Whether it's ensuring your workplace policies are inclusive of all genders and relationships, increasing LGBTQ+ community awareness in the workplace, or learning to better connect with the LGBTQ+ community, we are here to help you create an inclusive company culture. Networking Engagement (5:00-6:30 PM) A chance to mix-and-mingle with Kitsap leaders, small business owners, community members at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art. We will welcome local bites & sips, along with the opportunity to explore current exhibitions at the Museum. Get to know your Kitsap County chambers and GSBA - Washington's LGBTQ+ chamber of commerce. This is the second of three Kitsap-focused GSBA events. The series include Inclusive Tourism in Kitsap Roundtable, Workplace LGBTQ+ Inclusivity Training & Networking, and GSBA Supplier Diversity Matchmaker. Our partners for this series are Visit Bainbridge Island, Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce, Bainbridge Island Downtown Association, Silverdale Chamber of Commerce, Bremerton Chamber of Commerce and South Kitsap Chamber of Commerce.
