We are currently seeking apartment maintenance team members: entry-level to certified technicians, we have positions available for all skill sets! We have multiple locations all across the Jacksonville area (as well as MacClenny, Yulee, and St. Augustine) with the ability to keep you as close as possible to home! Responsibilities: • Painting • Electrical • Plumbing • Work Orders • Apartment Turns • General Apartment Maintenance * HVAC experience preferred but not required * -Entry-level jobs available as well in grounds/cleaning Reliable transportation, a strong and self-motivating work ethic, excellent listening and execution skills, and 100% dependability are an absolute must. The pay rate goes between $14 to $18 depending on certifications and experience Equal Opportunity Employer.
