Landlord looking for regular plumber

I am the landlord for several small buildings in the Parkchester and Soundview areas of the Bronx. I have used several plumbing companies with mixed results and am looking for a regular local plumber who does good work and charges reasonable rates. Plumbing companies often sub-contract to local plumbers and charge a service fee on top of the price of the job. They often rip off both the plumber and the customer when they act as a middle man. Most of the work that I have involves simple plumbing/heating pipe replacement, clogs, leaks, valve replacement, installing radiators, replacing faucets etc. I have licensed companies for boiler and gas work but depending on your experience, minor maintenance jobs (such as annually removing sot from burners, cleaning and flushing sludge from water tanks, etc) may be available. If you are a good plumber who has reasonable prices and is looking for regular work, contact me via email and lets set up a time to talk. Please be aware that for this gig I prefer someone who has availability in the Bronx, has a positive and professional attitude, and is familiar with how to deal with people/tenants from all walks of life. I have several projects that are ready to be handled right away such as replacing the shower body pictured above and a room that needs a radiator installed to name a few. I'm not looking to pay bargain-basement rates because you get what you pay for. I am familiar with the standard market rates for the most common jobs and I'm looking for a fair person who I can work with for a long time.
