Our clients are looking for experienced Warehouse Specialists for their facilities. LIC locations. Temporary and permanent warehouse staff are needed. Please DO NOT apply if: *You do not have at least one year of applicable Warehouse experience. Our clients need experienced employees. *You are not vaccinated. Both facilities require vaccinated candidates (booster optional). Duties/Responsibilities for both positions (please read before applying as only applicable candidates will be contacted): *Fulfills client orders either by the bottle or case; repackages order as appropriate; updates inventory system *Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy. *Records, reports, and returns defective shipments and items. *Consolidates client’s inventory and updates inventory system as appropriate *Restocks supplies; notifies supervisor of when supplies need to be reordered *Processes invoices, supplying necessary data to accounting or other appropriate department for payment and record keeping. *Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area. *Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues. *Performs client pickup and delivery requests *Proficient with inventory control systems. * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management and customer service skills. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * A valid state motor vehicle operator’s license for the operation of forklift truck and company vehicles is a big plus for one of the positions.
