We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Company who can thrive in a busy environment. You must be proficient in good verbal skills and written skills The ideal candidate will be work-driven, positive as well has a professional demeanor and work well with others, you will be documenting and updating customer records based on interactions and you will need to develop and maintain knowledge base on products and services we provide. THIS POSITION IS NON REMOTE. Required Qualifications: ✓ 18 years of age or older ✓ Authorization of working in the United States. ✓ Able to work a full time schedule (40+ Hours) ✓ Desire to HELP people. ✓ Reliable, dependable team player. ✓ Stellar written and verbal communication skills. ✓ Bi- Lingual is a PLUS, not required. Must have Vaccination Card or At least One Vaccine shot within 45days from interview. Candidates with customer service experience will be ideal for the positions we have available although experience is not required as we do offer training.
