Three days of education, pairings, speciality classes, dinners, grand tastings and more. All aspects of the weekend are listed below. And everything is a la carte. You can do some classes and a grand tasting or just a dinner. It’s all up to you. THE SCHEDULE Friday, April 1st, 2022 | 6:00pm to 9:00pm Welcome Reception – Mingle, Taste, and Eat ($100 / person) Our Sommeliers, wine makers and ambassadors will be present for you to mingle with. You’ll get to try wines, ask questions and pick their brains. The food is from Lago and Sora, as well as by the Old Brooklyn Cheese company. Stations will be setup at both locations.
