May is Mental Health Awareness month. This event encourages people to come out to get some fresh air, have fun, all while gaining valuable resources right here in our community.
Mental health is not just aut healing, it is also about selfcare and being the best version of yourself possible. It is about friends and family, taking a break, having fun, meeting new people, and learning/growing together as a community.
Because the aim is to create positive experience, this event is free and open to the public. Bring the whole family for fun. We will have bouncy houses, face painting, games for kids and adults, snow cones and most importantly, resources for self care.
