Press release from the City of Waukee: November 19, 2020 All City of Waukee offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 27 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. This includes the Waukee Public Library. There will be no garbage/recycling collection for City customers on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, Nov. 26).
