Sargent Road is the longest road in the Keep Indianapolis Beautiful "Adopt-a-Block" program. It's Clean Up Day time once again for the Sargent Road Association volunteer Litterbusters! Join us Saturday, April 23rd as we celebrate Earth Month with our biggest annual clean up event yet. We will meet at the Mud Creek Theater at 9470 E 86th Street for check-in and orientation at 9am. If you have a safety vest and grabber, please bring them along - otherwise we will have equipment on hand for the day along with drinks and light snacks. There's plenty of litter and debris in the neighborhood after a long winter, so bring a friend and let's get cleaning! Watch our Facebook page for last-minute updates or weather cancelations. If we need to cancel due to bad weather, plan on a rain date of Sunday, April 24th.
