I just completed my annual building inspections on all my rental properties and I need a licensed/bonded handyman to complete the work from these inspections. The work includes everything from cleaning roof gutters, caulking, pressure washing, to regular maintenance turnover items. I need someone who is licensed/bonded and insured and who can start work immediately. Please email me your name, license number, hourly rate you charge and phone number and the number of years you've been licensed/bonded/insured. You'll need to have your own ladders, pressure washer and tools to complete all jobs.
