Meditation for Beginners In Person
This 4-session course presents a method of meditation along with guided meditation practice and the introduction of spiritual principles that provide material for deepening one’s understanding of life. Must attend all sessions.
4 Saturdays - April 9, 16, 23, 30 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm CDT on each Saturday.
