Women will immerse themselves in an uplifting holistic wellness experience while building community with women on a path towards wellness. North Ave. , Chicago, Illinois The Whole Woman Wellness Festival is a holistic wellness experience that uplifts women seeking to feel well, healed, and empowered. Over the course of 1 day women will immerse themselves in wellness classes like yoga and tai chi, fuel their bodies with nutrition classes and juicing, and build community with women on a path towards wellness. Vaccinations & Mask Required Calm Sessions Space for calm, reflection, and introspection 12 PM - Yoga 1 PM - Meditation & Sound Healing 2 PM - Self-Care Session 3 PM - Tai Chi Refresh Sessions Community connection, expression, and exploration 12 PM - Cooking Demo 1 PM - Zumba 2 PM - Health Coaching 4 PM - Aromatherapy Exploration Food & Beverage, Wellness, & Mental Wellness Vendors will also be onsite. Sista Afya Community Care’s mission is to build sustainable mental wellness communities through providing affordable and culturally-centered community mental wellness care and education.
