Cascade Maintenance Services is seeking a full-time maintenance worker for Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. This position also requires 1 week at a time paid-on-call rotation. Cascade Maintenance Services (CMS) is a rapidly growing maintenance company founded in 2018. We offer a wide variety of services from basic maintenance repairs like window and screen repair to larger projects like lot clearing, road repair, and everything in between. A large part of what we do is servicing the many properties that are of the Cascade Vacation Rental program. Responsibilities: General repairs to privately owned homes, condos townhomes, etc Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Exterior work such as painting and window washing Lawn care and landscaping services Make adjustments and minor repairs Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Be able to adapt to changes in schedule as last-minute guest arrive Be able to take direction and execute repairs as requested Ability to work within a team setting to achieve goals Ability to prioritize and execute Be comfortable using technology Benefits: Up to 19 days Paid time off Simple IRA with Company Match All necessary tools supplied Company vehicle Cell phone provided if needed Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check. Compensation is based on experience with a starting wage of $16-$19.
