EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: • Build shelving and cabinets • Operate and perform light mechanical duties on various light equipment • Repair and replace windows, doors, specialized locks • Basic electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall and taping • General lighting maintenance • Washes exterior of buildings and windows, and painting • Maintains and repairs parking lots and sidewalks DO YOU QUALIFY? • Do you have a one year certificate from a college or technical school in construction or closely related field; and /or a minimum of 36 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience? • Do you possess or have the ability to obtain a valid driver’s license and be insurable? • Do you possess or have the ability to obtain a certification in CPR and obtain a First Aid Card?
