A morning of movement and relaxation. April is World Autism Month and to celebrate, we are hosting a morning of movement and relaxation doing Tai Chi in partnership with Be Natural Wellness at the Tiny Dining Ranch in Dallas (7225 University Hills Blvd, Dallas, TX 75241)! This family and sensory friendly event will teach strategies and techniques to help with stress and body control. Refreshments will be provided after Tai Chi. Tickets are $20 for one parent/child couple and $5 for each additional child. Ticket includes entry to the event and refreshments. Parenting In Bliss LLC seeks to empower parents to become the most credible voice at the IEP table. If you or someone you know is having difficulty navigating the public school setting for their child with unique learning differences, please contact [email protected] for help. Be Natural is a 501(c)3 offering wellness workshops in Dallas county and surrounding communities. We teach healthy coping strategies, effective communication and stress management to navigate life’s demands and deal with difficult emotions. through qigong/tai chi, meditation and breathwork. The goal of Be Natural is to improve the physical and mental health outcomes of marginalized communities in Dallas county. Be Natural provides music therapy services for youth and adult residents in the local community. The goal of Be Natural is to assist clients with improving self-expression, improve communication, improving self-worth and managing stress with the purpose of improving their overall quality of life and level of functioning in society. Operation Tiny House exists to uphold dignity among veterans currently experiencing homelessness. No veteran should experience homelessness. Our job is to partner with volunteers, community members, and corporate sponsors to raise funds and awareness about homelessness among veterans.
