Looking for a hardworking warehouse manager with a great attitude for a growing cabinet distributer. You will be responsible for receiving, inventorying, building and delivering cabinets. Initially just you in the back, but as we grow, you'll add cabinet builders and delivery drivers to your team. Hours will be Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm at the warehouse. There is NO opportunity for working remotely with this role. Compensation will be $36k / year with opportunity for bonus up to $8k/year. Bonuses will be based on quality & quantity of cabinets built, 5 Star Customer reviews and organizing and updating the warehouse. Major responsibilities: Placing orders Shipping & receiving Building/assembling cabinets Protecting and stacking finished cabinets Keeping warehouse clean, safe & organized Communicating with clients Communicating with Vendors Initially you will be working alone. As we grow there will be a need and opportunity to hire and manage more staff. For the exceptional team member, this could lead to a promotion to operations manager as we grow. NECESSARY SKILLS: Microsoft Windows Texting & emailing Good professional phone mannerism Aptitude with hand tools (cordless drills & saws) Attention to detail Sense of urgency - willing to stay until the job is done Drivers license, clean driving record and ability to safely drive a 20ft box truck Video meetings - Zoom & Google meet NICE TO HAVE Bilingual Forklift experience Customer service ExperienceInitial interviews will be conducted in person and via Zoom this week.
