Join class instructor Alexandra Olsen, an Iowa transplant from Brazil who currently writes the "Bite of Brazil" column for The Gazette, as she shows you two of her favorite family dessert recipes. This hands-on class will have you creating different flavor combinations, pressing and frying your own Brazilian pastel! Ticket holders will receive a discount coupon for NewBo Beer and Wine.
