Join class instructor Alexandra Olsen, an Iowa transplant from Brazil who currently writes the "Bite of Brazil" column for The Gazette, as she shows you two of her favorite family dessert recipes. This class will teach you how to make a delicious Brazilian "pudin" flan and the famous Brazilian carrot cake! Ticket holders will receive a discount coupon for NewBo Beer and Wine.
