Press release from the Borough of Flemington: March 16, 2022 Flemington Borough has retracted and revised a request for proposals previously issued for a US EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant administrator. The Borough is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. Sealed responses will be received by the Borough Clerk until April 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Flemington Borough Hall, 38 Park Avenue, Flemington, New Jersey. Proposals are sought for a US EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant Administrator. Specifications and instructions may be obtained at the Office of the Borough Clerk, Municipal Building, 38 Park Avenue, New Jersey or at the Boroughwebsite, www.historicflemington.com. Respondents shall comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 c. 127 (NJAC 17:27 et seq).
