Join us for an intimate Full Moon Cacao + Sound Meditation with Cypress Dubin at Manipura Apothecary in the Santa Cruz Mountains! Join us for an intimate and potent Full Moon Cacao + Sound Meditation with Cypress Dubin at Manipura Apothecary, Saturday April 16th from 7-9pm. Our evening of sound activation will draw on intention and ritual, meditation and light breathwork, and sound healing. Cypress’ soundscapes feature an unusual array of instruments, sonic textures and transporting vocals including mantra, medicine melodies, Nepalese singing bowls, shruti, chacapa, wave drum, medicine frame drum, gong, chimes, world and shamanic instruments. You will receive personal sound activation during this intimate evening, as she walks the room to offer an immersive sonic experience and proximity to the instruments. Cypress’ distinct sound experiences combine an uncommon blend of dynamic musicality, healing resonance, and enrapturing melody— immersing listeners in sound and ceremony. Curated musical progressions provide an improvisational framework designed to anchor the personal and collective journey. Designed to safely guide you to optimal states of wholeness, connection, and presence. Sound immersion as meditation— opens us to new possibilities of rest, resilience, and life vision.
 We will enjoy sacred ceremonial cacao, opening meditation on the senses and mindful, ritual drinking of this heart-opening medicine. Cacao has been used as a sacred drink for thousands of years to connect with the divine. ⁠
⁠ ***Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow—anything that helps you feel comfortable. Please arrive by 6:50 to get settled into the space. Cypress will also offer a curated selection of Sound + Medicine Tools for sale. Including hand-pounded Nepalese Singing Bowls, indigenous artwork, rattles, hand-painted wave drums, ceremonial beadwork, jewelry, tape and kuripes in collaboration with native artists from mixed tribal Shipibo, Peru, Brazil and Columbia. You will also be able to purchase Manipura Apothecary & Marketplace eco-friendly, sustainable, and locally crafted products, herbs & teas, ceremonial cacao bricks, and ceremonial tools. This will be an intimate gathering for 12 participants.

Called mesmerizingly enchanting and depth-filled, Cypress' voice and music are transporting. She integrates more than three decades study of music, voice, yoga, ritual and earth-based healing arts. Her accomplished work as a professional singer and performer, in the studio and live performance, across multiple genres (soul, blues, jazz, classical, opera, rock, pop and folk) includes 20 yrs in New York City. Cypress is a graduate of the music program at Barnard College, Columbia University, and a SAG-AFTRA member holding credits in major motion pictures such as Home Alone.
