We will celebrate WOMEN in the community and provide scholarships to deserving young girls! The PRETTY Girls Rock banquet is an annual event Outreach of Hope sponsors to celebrate women who inspire, encourage and empower young girls to be the best version of themselves. These women are not always recipients of well-known awards or even ever acknowledged; but their impact on the lives of young girls is genuine. This year, we will not only honor women, but we will also honor an organization that works with young girls with a financial donation. This banquet is also a fundraiser. This year, our goal is to award ten $500 scholarships to young ladies in the community to include young ladies with military parents who are attending college.
