This course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the Real Estate Commission. The classes are very helpful in preparing you to take the Connecticut Real Estate Exam, which is required to obtain a Connecticut Real Estate License. Currently classes are MONDAY/WEDNESDAY evenings on ZOOM from 6 PM - 9 PM.The 60-hour course price is $465 which includes your two books.
