I will not respond unless it is clear the entire ad has been read and questions answered. I own an old mud adobe. I need someone with knowledge on how to preserve as much of the original integrity and character of this old home. Having a hard time finding folks with clear know-how and availability. Looking for a person who can help with the following projects : 1) Replace current 30"x 77" front door with a new fiberglass door of the same size without disturbing much of the adobe walls. They will crumble. Hoping to leave outer most frame intact. (See photos 1-5). 2) Repair horrid texture job on small interior bedroom and hallway (see photos 6-9). Also included a photo of the texture to match to. (Last photo) 3) Repair or replace all wood facia board on the back of the house, install gutters that drain to rain barrels. (See photos 10-13) I have other projects too but these are the most pressing. Please respond with an appropriate quote for the front door install, labor only (I will provide door, you pick up).
