The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment got a response from the EPA that the agency objects in part to the renewal permit at the oil refinery in Commerce City. Joy's Kitchen in Lakewood, a food recovery and distribution group that feeds the underserved, has had their vehicle stolen two times in the past 30 days. (FOX31) Denver Sheriff's keep naloxone on hand when inmates overdose. There have been 13 overdoses at the Denver jail this year, and deputies have used naloxone to save inmates.
