63-unit senior housing complex in El Cerrito looking for a Lead Maintenance Person. Responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility, including carrying out the preventative maintenance program; making repairs of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, trouble-shooting heating and air-conditioning malfunctions; remodeling; carpentry work; landscape issues. The Lead Maintenance Person maintains a positive working relationship with residents and their families, staff, and vendors.
