Join teaching artist Cindi Ledger as she helps participants enjoy their favorite memories through the art of Collage. 4 weeks. Students use basic art supplies to create a memory collage from pictures and pieces of paper saved from special events. Students learn basic skills involving pleasing compositions, collage layering for artistic depth, use of texture and color for interest, and greater creative expression. Up to 10 participants, age 65 and up.  Classes meet weekly Tuesday, April 19 to Tuesday, May 10, 2022. All classes are from 1:30pm to 3:00pm at the Poplar-White Station Branch Library.  This course for seniors is offered by Creative Aging in partnership with Memphis Public Libraries.
